1> What information do I need to provide to get an accurate quotation?

To offer you precise best price, kindly send below details:

  • Dimension (LengthWidthHeight)
  • Material type (coated art paper, kraft paper, grey board etc.)
  • Printing colors (CMYK/Pantone color or send us the artwork)
  • Surface Finishing (hot foil, emboss, UV coating, lamination)

2> How long have you been involved in this industry? What is the main business?

We have specialized in custom packaging printing industry for more than 15 years. Our core products cover custom corrugated mailer box, paper boxes, cosmetic packaging boxes, food package box , paper bags,  stickers and labels. We serve diversified industries including cosmetics, food, wine, electronics, health care and daily consumer goods.

3>What services can you provide for me? Does it support OEM/ODM?

We fully support OEM & ODM customization service. Our one-stop service includes: free packaging structure design, artwork graphic design, sample making, mass production, surface finishing (UV, hot stamping, embossing, matte/gloss lamination), customized packaging size & material. We can adjust packaging solution according to your brand positioning and market requirements.

4>What’s your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is flexible. For standard Paper boxes, the minimum order is 500 pcs; for high-end rigid gift boxes, we accept small trial orders starting from 300pcs. We understand new brands need small-batch test marketing, so we support low MOQ customized orders without extra unreasonable surcharge.

5>Can you produce samples before bulk order? How about sample cost?

Yes, pre-production samples are available. Blank prototype samples are free (customers only afford courier freight); customized printed samples will charge a reasonable sampling fee, and the sample cost can be fully refunded once your bulk order quantity reaches our agreed volume.

6>What artwork file format should I send for printing production?

We prefer editable AI, PDF, CDR, EPS files with high resolution (300DPI+). If you only have pictures or draft ideas, our in-house design team can help modify and make production-ready printing files for free.

7>How do you control product quality during mass production?

We implement 3-step QC inspection: raw material incoming check → semi-finished product online inspection → finished goods full random inspection before shipment. We can send QC inspection photos/videos during production, or support third-party inspection (SGS/BV) at your request.
